Description:
I am recommending that we adopt a rate of $1.04 per $100.00 of evaluation.
The values for 2018 of $128,765,604.00 will generate an estimated $1,298,987.00 at a 97% collection rate. As a result of our values increasing by $1.26 million, taxes on the average homestead will increase by $2.12 compared to 2017 taxes. |
