Description:
I am recommending that we adopt a rate of $1.04 per $100.00 of evaluation.
The values for 2017 of $127,501,527.00 will generate an estimated $1,294,031.00 at a 99% collection rate. As a result of our values decreasing by $2 million, taxes on the average homestead will decrease by $1.85 compared to 2016 taxes. |
