Description:
Airconditioning units are increasing in price and most quotes, because they have to have hail guards, are over the $10,000 limit. The vendors are giving a limited time to make a determination on acceptance of the quote due to increasing costs on their purchases. Therefore a special called meeting of the board may not be possible before the quote amount changes.
