Discussion and possible action regarding closure and/or consolidation of Amarillo ISD schools on the watchlist for closure/consolidation and any related attendance zone boundary changes, to be effective the 2025-2026 school year.  Discussion may include enrollment numbers for any District campuses, with an anticipated specific focus on watchlist campuses, including Park Hills Elementary, Sunrise Elementary, Pleasant Valley Elementary, Allen 6th Grade Campus, and campuses with which they may be paired.
2.B. Consider approving a recommendation for the 2025-2026 District calendar
2.C. Consider adopting a Resolution designating District non-business days in 2025 for Public Information Act timelines

3.A. Information Items: deliberation regarding resignation, evaluation, discipline, changes of assignment and/or duties of employees, administrators and/or public officer(s)
Action Items: appointment, employment, leave of absence, or dismissal of public officer(s), district employee(s), teacher(s), teacher/coach(es), administrator(s), and/or supervisory staff; approval of District staff to carry a firearm in accordance with TEC 37.0814
