1. Board Training Workshop - the workshop training session is to fulfill the requirements for board-superintendent teambuilding training under the Texas Administrative Code 19 TAC 61.1(b)(2). The entire board will participate with the superintendent in this teambuilding workshop. The goal is to enhance the effectiveness of the board-superintendent team, and to assess the team's continuing education needs.  This assessment will be used to plan continuing education activities for the year.  The board-superintendent team will also discuss the District's vision and how Board accomplishments and goals fit within the mission, vision, and core values of the District.  The workshop will last a minimum of three hours; no action will be taken.
