1.A. Presentation regarding possible Amarillo City Parks Renovation Project, including possible projects at various City parks involving proposed improvements and additions for athletic facilities (including baseball, basketball, wrestling, volleyball, soccer and aquatics).
The Board may discuss the Parks Renovation Project and a possible agreement with the City of Amarillo for use of athletics facility(ies) on real property not owned by the District, and possible contribution for design, improvement, construction and use of same, pursuant to Texas Education Code 45.109. |
