Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that the Board approve the Bill List dated  December 21, 2021 check numbers NO446 thru 11398  in the amount of $949,916.74.
G.3. Finance Will be Available 12/20/2021
1) Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that the Board approve the transfers for the month ending November 30, 2021 as submitted by the Superintendent, as authorized by N.J.S.A. 18A:22-8.1.
2) To accept the Holland Township Board of Education's certification that the Superintendent, Stephanie Snyder, recommends that the Board of Education accept the monthly financial reports of the Board Secretary and the Treasurer of School Moneys for the months ending November 30, 2021 and  she recommends in compliance with N.J.A.C. 6:20-2.13(3) that the Board of Education certify that no major account or fund has been overexpended and that as of this report sufficient funds are available to meet the District's financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year.
3) Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that the Board accept the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary's, John Trent certification as required by N.J.A.C. 6:20-
2.13(d), that no line item account has been over expended as of November 30, 2021 and  that as of this date sufficient funds are available to meet the District's financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year

RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves the following staff as extra and co-curricular activities directors, for the 2021/2022 school year as per negotiated contract (rate is subject to adjustment after settlement of contract)

M.3. Approve Home Instruction Tutors
RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves Ms. Hope Dell and Ms. Jennifer Furmanek as Home Instruction Tutors on an as needed basis for the 2021-2022 school year at an hourly rate of $47.88 (rate subject to be adjusted after settlement of contract).
M.4. Approve NJ Family Leave/NJ Family Leave Insurance Program
RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves Employee #999 NJFLA leave request utilizing New Jersey’s Family Leave Insurance Program to begin February 28, 2022 for the maximum 12 weeks.  Employee #999 will utilize 5 (5) sick days prior.  Employee #999 return to work date will be on or about May 23, 2022.
M.5. Approve Negotiated Contract for 2021-2024
RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education hereby ratifies the Negotiated Contract between the Holland Township Board of Education and the Holland Township Education Association covering the period from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024.
M.6. Approve Unpaid Leave of Absence
RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves Employee #1828 unpaid leave of absence beginning Monday, January 3, 2022 until on or about Friday, February 25, 2022.
M.7. Approve to Ride School Bus
RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves Mr. Alfred Parenti as a substitute supportive transportation aide for students with disabilities as per requirements set forth in the student’s IEP, and as directed by the Supervisor of Special Services for the 2021/2022 school year.
