Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that the Board approve the Bill List dated November 23,2021 check numbers 11230 thru 11336  in the amount of  $748,312.12.

1) Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that the Board approve the transfers for the months ending July 31, August 31, September 30, and October 31, 2001 as submitted by the Superintendent, as authorized by N.J.S.A. 18A:22-8.1.
2) To accept the Holland Township Board of Education's certification that the Superintendent, Stephanie Snyder, recommends that the Board of Education accept the monthly financial reports of the Board Secretary and the Treasurer of School Moneys for the months ending September 30, 2021 and October 31, 2021 and she recommends in compliance with N.J.A.C. 6:20-2.13(3) that the Board of Education certify that no major account or fund has been overexpended and that as of this report sufficient funds are available to meet the District's financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year.
3) Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that the Board accept the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary's, John Trent certification as required by N.J.A.C. 6:20-
2.13(d), that no line item account has been over expended as of Sept. 30, 2021 and  October 31, 2021 and that as of this date sufficient funds are available to meet the District's financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year
G.4. Travel and Related Expenses Reimbursement
Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that the Board approve work-related and related expenses reimbursement for the following staff members that is directly related to and within the scope of their current work responsibilities, promotes the delivery of instruction, and is critical to he instructional needs of the School District or furthers the efficient operation of the School District, and is educationally necessary and fiscally prudent.

L.2. Approve Hearts and Hands Professional Development & Educational Consulting, LLC
RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves Hearts and Hands Professional Development & Education Consulting, LLC Consulting Services to provide Professional Development in Social Emotional Learning through workshop sessions not to exceed $15,000.00 for the 2021/2022 school year.
L.3. Approve IPM Plan and Policy
RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves the School Integrated Pest Management Plan and Policy for the 2021-2022 school year.
L.4. Approve Applying for Frax Grant
RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves the Frax Grant application (online Math program to help with fractions) for a one year trial for the 2021-2022 school year.
L.5. Approve Revised HTS Health, Safety, and Learning Environment Protocols
RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves the Revised Health, Safety, and Learning Environment Protocols for the 2021-2022 school year.
L.6. Approve School Safety and Security Plan Annual Review Statement of Assurance
RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves the School Safety and Security Plan Annual Review Statement of Assurance for the 2021-2022 school year.  The School Safety and Security Plan Annual Review Statement of Assurance will be submitted to the County Office of Education.
L.7. Accept Holland Township Environmental Commission Donation
RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education accepts the Holland Township Environmental Commission donation of personal hand sanitizers for our students.  The Board recognizes and thanks the Holland Township Environmental Commission for the continued and generous support to our school district.

Motion to authorize the School Business Administrator to effectuate the termination of the employee medical benefit plans held directly with Horizon effective 11:59pm on February 28, 2022.
O.2. Approval of New Health Plan
Motion to approve participation in the School Employee Health Benefits Plan ("SEHBP") for medical coverage and to authorize the School Business Administrator to execute the necessary paperwork to enroll in the plan effective 12:00am on March 1, 2022. 
O.3. Comprehensive Maintenance Plan/M1, FY22
WHEREAS, the Department of Education requires New Jersey School Districts to submit three-year maintenance plans documenting "required" maintenance activities for each of its public school facilities, and 

WHEREAS, the required maintenance activities as listed for the various school facilities of the Holland Township School are consistent with these requirements, and

WHEREAS, all past and planned activities are reasonable to keep school facilities open and safe for use or in their original condition and to keep their system warranties valid,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Holland Township School hereby authorizes the Business Administrator to submit the Comprehensive Maintenance Plan for the Holland Township School.
O.4. Approve Silica Exposure Control Plan
