RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education rescinds the employment, of Mrs. Melanie Sloyer as Special Education Teacher for the 2020-2021 school year beginning August 26, 2020.

FURTHER RESOLVED, Mrs. Melanie Sloyer will placed on Step 5 MA of the 2018-2021 HTEA Salary guide, $58,343.
L.2. Approve Special Education Teacher
RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves the employment, of Mrs. Melanie Sloyer as Special Education Teacher for the 2020-2021 school year beginning August 26, 2020.

FURTHER RESOLVED, Mrs. Melanie Sloyer will placed on Step 5 MA of the 2018-2021 HTEA Salary guide, $58,843.
L.3. Approve Increase Cafeteria Aides Hours
RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves the increase in hours for Lana Templeton, Linda Bellini and Sherry Scott as Cafeteria Aides for the 2020-2021 school year from working Monday - Friday (1 hour and 34 minutes daily) at a rate of $5,107 per year to working Monday - Friday (2 hours and 25 minutes daily) at a rate of $7,297 per year.
L.4. Approve Change in Hours
RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves the change in hours for Ms. Lori Matthews from part time at 15 hours/week (FTE 0.41) Nurse to full time Nurse effective August 26, 2020. Ms. Matthew's placement on the salary guide is unchanged, however she now qualifies for health benefits.
L.5. Approve Part Time Custodian
RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves the rehire of Mr. Alfons Mayer as a Part Time Custodian (FTE .31) effective August 26, 2020.  Mr Mayer will be place on Step 5 ($42,640) of the custodial salary guide.  Mr. Mayer will work 3.50 hours per day, 17.5 hours per week at a prorated salary of $13,218.
