G.3. Finance
1) Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that the Board approve the transfers for the month ending August 31, 2020 as submitted by the Superintendent, as authorized by N.J.S.A. 18A:22-8.1.
2) To accept the Holland Township Board of Education's certification that the Superintendent, Stephanie Snyder, recommends that the Board of Education accept the monthly financial reports of the Board Secretary and the Treasurer of School Moneys for the months ending August 31, 2020 and  she recommends in compliance with N.J.A.C. 6:20-2.13(3) that the Board of Education certify that no major account or fund has been over expended and that as of this report sufficient funds are available to meet the District's financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year.
3) Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that the Board accept the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary's, Brian McCarthy certification as required by N.J.A.C. 6:20-2.13(d), that no line item account has been over expended as of August 31, 2020 and  that as of this date sufficient funds are available to meet the District's financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year

RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves Jessica Theesfeld (pending criminal history) as a Cafeteria Aide for the 2020-2021 school year working Monday - Friday 2 hours and 25 minutes daily) at a rate of $7,297 per year
M.5. Approve Staff Members for Detention
RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves all employed teachers to act as chaperones for Detention as per the negotiated contract for the 2020-2021 school year.

RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves the following Preschool parent paid tuition contracts and accepts the following Preschool students for the 2020-2021 school year.
 
O.3. APPROVE 2020-2021 RECEIVING TUITION CONTRACT WITH ALEXANDRIA TOWNSHIP SCHOOLS
RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the Holland Township Board of Education approves the attached LLD Receiving Tuition contract with Alexandria Township Schools for the 2020-2021 school year. The contract tuition cost is $18,108 plus related services per IEP of $5,613.
O.4. APPROVE FY21 YMCA CONTRACT
RESOLVED, upon  the recommendation of the Superintendent, the Holland Township Board of Education approves the attached 2020-2021 YMCA After School Program contract.

Approve Joint Transportation Agreement and Bus Routes for the 2020-2021  School Year.

O.6. Approve Educational Service Commission of New Jersey (ESCNJ) to Provide Instructional Services
RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the Holland Township Board of Education approves ESCNJ to provide inpatient instructional services to SID # 1685057558. ESCNJ, through Children's Specialized Hospital, will provide up to 5 hours of instructional services per week at a rate of $69 per hour.
O.7. Accept 2019-2020 School Alliance Insurance Fund (SAIF) Safety Incentive Program Award
RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the Holland Township Board of Education accepts the 2019-2020 Safety Incentive Program Award of $2500.00 The district will receive a credit of same toward our 2020-2021 assessment.

RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves the following Preschool parent paid tuition contracts and accepts the following Preschool students for the 2020-2021 school year.

O.3. APPROVE 2020-2021 RECEIVING TUITION CONTRACT WITH ALEXANDRIA TOWNSHIP SCHOOLS
RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the Holland Township Board of Education approves the attached LLD Receiving Tuition contract with Alexandria Township Schools for the 2020-2021 school year. The contract tuition cost is $18,108 plus related services per IEP of $5,613.

RESOLVEDupon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the Holland Township Board of Education approves 2020-2021 Joint Transportation Agreement between the Holland Township Board of Education and the Delaware Valley Regional High School District in the amount of $457,675 for the following transportation routes September 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.

O.6. Approve Educational Service Commission of New Jersey (ESCNJ) to Provide Instructional Services
RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the Holland Township Board of Education approves ESCNJ to provide inpatient instructional services to SID # 1685057558. ESCNJ, through Children's Specialized Hospital, will provide up to 5 hours of instructional services per week at a rate of $69 per hour.

RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the Holland Township Board of Education accepts the 2019-2020 Safety Incentive Program Award of $2500.00 The district will receive a credit of same toward our 2020-2021 assessment.
