WHEREAS the “Open Public Meetings Act” (Chapter 231 Laws of 1975) authorizes a public body to exclude the public from that portion of a meeting at which specified topics are to be discussed under circumstances where the public consideration of such topics will clearly endanger the public or where the personal privacy or guaranteed rights of individuals whose activities or affairs are to be discussed would clearly in danger of unwarranted invasion; be it

RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of  Education accepts Mrs. Hally Tomasheski's (Social Worker) letter of resignation with regret effective retroactive June 30, 2019.
H.2. Approve ESC Services
RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves Hunterdon County ESC for Social Work services for the 2019-2020 school year.
H.3. Approve Negotiated Contract for 2018-2021
RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education hereby ratifies the Negotiated Contract between the Holland Township Board of Education and the Holland Township Education Association covering the period from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2021.

FURTHER RESOLVED, the Board President is authorized and directed to execute this contract.
H.4. Approve Non-Association Employees Contract for 2018-2019 and 2019-2020
RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves the following Non-Association Employees contracts (2.75% salary increases for 2018-2019 school year and 2.85% for the 2019-2020 school year):

•Carol Cole, Operations/Payroll Administrative Assistant: $49,250 (2018-2019 includes longevity) and  $27,040 (2019-2020 includes longevity P/T)
•Carmelina Delasey, Superintendent's Administrative Assistant: $51,661 (2018-2019) and $53,133 (2019-2020)
•John Jesiolowski, Maintenance/Network Technician: $94,020 (2018-2019 includes longevity) and $96,679 (2019-2020 includes longevity)
•Jason Kires, Educational Technology Coordinator/Integration Specialist: $85,085 (2018-2019) and $87,510 (2019-2020)
•Deborah Olah, SBA Administrative Assistant: $66,738 (2018-2019 includes longevity) and $68,619 (2019-2020 includes longevity)
•Edward Pico, Educational Facilities Manager: $81,820 (2018-2019) and $84,152 (2019-2020)
H.5. Approve Part-Time Non Association Employees Salary Increases for 2018-2019 and 2019-2020
RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves the following Part-Time Non-Association Employees (2.75% salary increases for 2018-2019 school year and 2.85% for the 2019-2020 school year):

•Diane Halpin (Cafeteria Aide) - $4,821 (2018-2019) and $4,958 (2019-2020)
•Sherri Scott (Cafeteria Aide) - $4,821 (2018-2019) and $4,958 (2019-2020)
•Gina Viespoli (Cafeteria Aide) - $4,821 (2018-2019) and $4,958 (2019-2020)
•Claudia Wirkus (Cafeteria Aide) - $6,887 (2018-2019) and $7,084 (2019-2020)
