H.2.  Finance 
1) Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that the Board approve the transfers for the month ending February 28, 2019 as submitted by the Superintendent, as authorized by N.J.S.A. 18A:22-8.1. 

2) To accept the Holland Township Board of Education's certification that the Superintendent, Stephanie Snyder, recommends that the Board of Education accept the monthly financial reports of the Board Secretary and the Treasurer of School Moneys for the month ending February 28, 2019, and she recommends in compliance with N.J.A.C. 6:20-2.13(3) that the Board of Education certify that no major account or fund has been overexpended and that as of this report sufficient funds are available to meet the District's financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year.  

3) Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that the Board accept the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary's, Brian McCarthy certification as required by N.J.A.C. 6:20-2.13(d), that no line item account has been over expended as of  February 28, 2019 and that as of this date sufficient funds are available to meet the District's financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year.
H.3. Bill List 
Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that the Board approve the bill list dated February 28, 2019 check numbers NO361-NO362 in the amount of $304,772.25 and the bill list dated March 26, 2019 check numbers 08785-NO365 in the amount of $830,721.86.
H.4. Travel and Related Expenses Reimbursement
Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that the Board approve work related and related expenses reimbursement for the following staff members that is directly related to and within the scope of their current work responsibilities, promotes the delivery of instruction, and is critical to the instructional needs of the School District or furthers the efficient operation of the School District, and is educationally necessary and fiscally prudent.

RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education accepts Mark Bush Construction Donation in the amount of $100 to be applied towards Drama Club. The Board recognizes and thanks Mark Bush Construction for their continued and generous support of our school district.

RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education accepts the resignation of Mrs. Amy Brown (1st Grade Teacher), with regret for the purpose of retirement, effective June 30, 2019.

RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves Robert Tramo as a volunteer to assist Mrs. Nancy Holzworth (Coach) with Boys Baseball.

RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves the change in hours for Mrs. Gia Wood from part time at 19.5 hours/week (FTE 0.55) Resource Teacher to 25.85 hours/week (FTE.71) effective retroactive to March 25, 2019. Mrs. Wood's placement on the salary guide is unchanged, however she now qualifies for health benefits.

RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approve the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) for FY18 Audit Findings.
N.2. Approve Tuition Payments to East Amwell School District
RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approve tuition payments to the East Amwell School District per the McKinney-Vento Act. Students are currently residing in an undisclosed locations through SAFE in Hunterdon County. FY18 annual tuition for eighth grade SID #6430249965 is $19,798.20. FY18 annual tuition for 3rd grade SID # 1943115130 is $20,617.20.
N.3. Approve State Aid for the 2019-2020 (FY20) School Year
RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education accept the FY20 State Aid in the amount of $1,675,310, less $15,049 adjustment for SDA debt service funding, for an adjusted total of $1,660,261.

N.4. Approve Request for Proposal (RFP) for Audit Services
RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education authorize the Business Administrator to solicit RFP's for Professional Audit Services for the 2019-2020 (FY20) school year.
N.5. Approve Bid Packet "Single Start Time" Bus Route Transportation
RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves the Business Administrator to authorized Delaware Regional High School District to prepare and distribute Bid Packet (HTS Single Route Bid 19-01) for "Single Start Time" Bus transportation routes on behalf of the Holland Township School District for the 2019-2020 (FY20) school year. Delaware Valley Regional High School has already quoted the District for these bus route costs (included in the FY20 Budget), and additional Bids may improve pricing for the Holland Township School.
N.6. Approve "Summer Custodian" Pay
RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the Holland Township Board of Education approves that both the "Summer Part-Time" custodians and "Summer Substitute Custodians" be paid a rate of $12.00 per hour for the 2019-2020 (FY20) school year.
