II.A. Discussion and Possible Action on Approval of the District's interest to seek a
multi-year Request for Proposal (RFP) of Food Service Management Company
for the purpose of continuing to outsource the management of the food service
department.  The RFP would be for five years, one year with up to four renewals
that would end June 30, 2019.
