At this point Mary is still finalizing the amendments. I will email them as soon as possible.

4)b. Adoption of the 2009-2010 Budget.

Description:
Attached is the Budget we will adopt for the 09-10 school year. There is a slight increase in revenues and expenditures. Including the bond funds there is an 8% increase in revenues and a 7.75% increase in expenditures. Without bond funds a 3% increase. Recommendation: Adopt the budget by fund and function as presented for the 2009-2010 school year.

Description:
Tax rate to support the Maintenance and Operations of the budget is $1.04. Recommendation: Adopt a M&O Tax rate of $1.04 for the 2009-2010 school year.

Description:
Tax rate to support the Interest and Sinking fund for the 2009-2010 school year is proposed at $0.25040. Recommendation: Adopt an I & S tax rate of $0.25040 for the 2009-2010 school year.
