Description:
Refer to attachment. In order for MISD students to participate in activities sponsored by the Kaufman County Extension Service; the board must approve the county agents as adjunct staff members to comply with UIL/TEA requirements for students participating in extracurricular activities. This will enable the students to participate without being counted absent from school. We have always participated in the past, this is a formal action to comply with UIL/TEA requirements. Recommendation: Approval.
