             the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the 
             duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of
             Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with 
             Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, including to conduct a 
             Level III Grievance(s) filed by a district employee

          ii. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.074 to deliberate the
              appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline,
              or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or to hear a complaint or
              charge against an officer or employee, including conducting a Level III
              Grievance(s) filed by a district employee

          iii. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.0821 to conduct a 
              meeting to conduct a Level III Grievance(s) regarding public school
              students if personally identifiable information about the students will
