             Level III Grievance(s) filed by a district employee

          ii. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.074 to deliberate the
              appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline,
              or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or to hear a complaint or
              charge against an officer or employee, including conducting a Level III
              Grievance(s) filed by a district employee

          iii. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.0821 to conduct a 
              meeting to conduct a Level III Grievance(s) regarding public school
              students if personally identifiable information about the students will
              necessarily be revealed by the deliberation
