Discuss and take appropriate action on Resolution adopting rules pertaining to the Juvenile Case Manager Program to require students, with the facilitation of their parents, to participate in and complete prevention and intervention services, to require parents of students to participate in and complete prevention and intervention services, to provide for criminal prosecution for violations of the same, and to authorize development of any regulations and procedures to carry out rules adopted by the Resolution (551.071)
