I added this to the agenda to discuss with Mike the issue over the contract if anyone had questions about it or the process.

We need to move $32,000 from M&O to Capital Projects to complete houses, band equipment, and Freshmen computers

6. Consideration and possible action for A/C units in gym
|

Description:
the quote to add A/C and Heat to New Gym was $90,000 plus the expense of getting electricity to the unit. Carson and I both think this is too much money for the little of time the gym will be used especially with renovation or new construction being seriously considered. We can look for other means to cool the gym whether fans or something.

Description:
Our local policy does not allow for electronic submission of bids. We can piggyback of ESC 12 local policy since they are contracting their services for e-rate. Allowing ESC 12 to manage all the bids for erate purposes will be extremely time beneficial for me. The district will select any and all bids as it relates to technology service providers like telephone (land and cell), video conference, email, web site, etc..
