1. Pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code § 551.071, consultation with legal counsel regarding Level III parent grievance hearing ,related matters, and any other subject matter as permitted by law.

2. Pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code §§ 551.074 and 551.0821 , personnel matters and personally identifiable student information, Level III hearing for parent grievance and deliberation regarding same
