The Board of Trustees, administration, and guests will gather for lunch at 11:00 a.m. on the day of the Board meeting in the WTTC on the Howard College San Angelo campus. This is a social function unrelated to public business with no deliberation of items listed on the agenda. The meeting will be called to order at 12:00 a.m. To listen to the meeting beginning at that time, call the following number: Join the conference call for audio Prior to two minutes before the call to order at 12:00 p.m. meeting, your phone will be automatically muted when you join the meeting and music will be playing. A short overview of procedures will be given prior to the start. Phones will then be muted for the meeting to begin. Opportunity will be given for public comment. Recording will be available on the website after the meeting. |
