II.A. Section 551.071 Attorney/Client Consultation - For the purpose of a private consultation with the Board's attorney on any or all subjects or matters authorized by law.

II.B. Section 551.074 Personnel - Deliberate appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public employee.

II.B.1. Consider Board Member responsibilities.

II.B.2. Consider Superintendent Responsibilities.

II.B.3. Consider approval to rescind the action taken at the June 9, 2025, Regular Board Meeting (Item XI.C.12) regarding the approval of the 2025-2026 compensation plan.
|

II.B.4. Consider approval of the 2025-2026 compensation plan, including giving the superintendent authority to give up to a 2% of midpoint general pay increase for employees on the teacher salary schedule at steps 0, 1, and 2 and up to 3% of midpoint for all employees tied to the teacher salary scale for the 2024-2025 school year but not coded as a 087 (classroom teacher). Additionally, consider approval of a 2% of midpoint general pay increase for all other employees tied to pay range structures. The compensation plan and GPI adopted will be finalized to take into consideration any bills passed in the 89th Legislative session.
