XI. ACADEMIC SPOTLIGHT
XI.A. Adrian Hurtado, Principal of Cobb Sixth Grade Campus, will present the Academic Spotlight at the February 12, 2024, board meeting. Mr. Hurtado will highlight some of the outstanding programs and initiatives at Cobb Sixth Grade Campus. The presentation will be in video format.

XII.A. Harold “Sonny” Fletcher III, Senior Director for Facility Planning and Construction, will provide a 2016 Bond Program and Facilities construction update.

XIII.A. Consider approval of the Order of Trustee Election calling for an election to be held in the Galena Park Independent School District on May 4, 2024, for the purpose of electing two (2) Trustees to the Board for regular terms for the following positions: Position 1 and Position 2.
XIII.B. Consider approval of the Board Resolution authorizing the District to pay employees for the missed workday or any work performed to directly mitigate the emergency closure on January 16, 2024, due to inclement weather conditions, in accordance with the purpose and parameters outlined in the Resolution.
XIII.C. Consider approval of the Order of Bond Election calling for an election to be held in the Galena Park Independent School District on May 4, 2024, to include Proposition A in the amount of $530,010,000.
