Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072, to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with third party. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074: Deliberating the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment duties, discipline, or dismissal of an elected officer or employee. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.076 and 551.089, to discuss network security information as described in Section 2059.055(b), and the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel, critical infrastructure, or security devices. |
