11) Executive Session as authorized by Texas Government Code Section 551, Subchapters D AND E.

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071, to consult with the District's Attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas conflicts with 551 of the Texas Local Government Code.

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072, to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with third party.

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074: Deliberating the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment duties, discipline, or dismissal of an elected officer or employee.

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.076 and 551.089, to discuss network security information as described in Section 2059.055(b), and the  deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel, critical infrastructure, or security devices.
  1. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.076: DELIBERATION REGARDING SECURITY DEVICES OR SECURITY AUDITS; CLOSED MEETING.  This chapter does not require a governmental body to conduct an open meeting to deliberate:

(1)  the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices; or

(2)  a security audit.  (Including a review of the District Vulnerability Assessment.
