Proposals:
-Item 10 Subd 2: Change $425 per month to $433 per month. (Or $5200 per year as it is stated in the teacher's contract) For 8 years Proposals: -New items: 2 Elementary principals will agree to a pay freeze (soft freeze) for two years to make up for the curriculum position. 1 Jr/Sr High principal will request 1% increase based on current salary over two years with the funds being put into a current 403b account held by the principal through the district. 1 Assistant principal will request a $5000 raise in each of the next two years as a catch up provision. |
