Description:
In the past, the Board has approved maternity and paternity leaves. We have determined that the Board doesn't need to approve them as long as they fall under the FMLA (up to a 12-week absence). However, we would like to keep you informed, so, with your permission, a new agenda item will be added to regular meetings:
CONSENT - FMLA Leave Communication. It will only list the individual's name and length of absence. |
