F. DTI Copier Contract     ACTION
Description:
We just completed our five year lease with DTI Office Solutions for our district copiers.  Currently, we have two machines.  One prints 80 pages per minute and the other 75 pages per minute.  My concern is the long lines to use the machines during high traffic times.  I spoke with Toni Maged about the issue.  He suggested with the size of our building we look at three machines.  In doing this, we would decrease the pages printed per minute but he doesn't feel we would notice a huge difference.  Attached is the lease I would recommend for five years.  This would include 3 60 page per minute machines.  I feel this would better meet our building needs.
