Description:
Here are the two contract drafts for consideration Monday night. The Solar Purchase Agreement would need to be approved Monday. The Site Lease will require review of easements, and this can be considered at a later date but probably would be good to pass along to Board for consideration.
Once the PPA document is signed, this releases the PPA legal team to do site research (Site/Encumbrance/Easement search) and allows our construction team to complete the Alta Survey. These searches and surveys are required exhibits to the Site Lease document, which has already been reviewed and approved by both attorneys. We anticipate a 5-6 week lead time in completing the required site research/site exhibits required prior signing the site lease agreements. |
