F. Lead Testing Report   INFO
Description:
Attached are the results for the required lead testing.  The results will be posted on the bulletin board in the office for anyone who would like to further inspect the report.  All drinking fountains had zero traces of lead.  Two sinks in the cafeteria tested well below the 5pbb; however after they were flushed there were zero traces.

G. Sales Tax Referendum   INFO
Description:
Discussion about ideas on how to use the 1% sales tax.  As previously discussed I would recommend using the dollars to reduce the bond, other building areas (back drive, lighting, doors, windows), and technology infrastructure improvements as needed.  We can further discuss but I would like to begin moving forward with an informational flyer.

I. Gym Wall Padding   ACTION
Description:
The attached quote is for the new gym wall padding and design.  The cost is $13,175 to replace.  The Cadle Grant we received this past summer was written to cover these costs.  We will begin the next phase which will include stage curtains.  I will use the remainder of the Cadle Grant funds from last spring and write a new request this spring to hopefully cover 100% of those costs.
