V. EXECUTIVE SESSION -
The board reserves the right to go into executive session at any time as permitted by Alaska State Law. Alaska State Law 44.62.310 makes all school board meetings open to the public except the following subjects may be discussed in executive session: • Subjects that tend to the prejudice the reputation and/or character of any person; provided that the person may request a public discussion • Matters which by law, municipal charter or ordinance are required to be confidential. |
