I.A. CALL TO ORDER - The President of the Board of Education will call the Hearing for Holiday Waivers to order.

I.E. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION - Public Participation is the time during the meeting when anyone who wishes to address the Board may do so.  The Board of Education welcomes public comments and encourages patrons to participate in District 124 Board meetings.  Patrons who wish to address the Board are asked to state their name and address.  President Klimczak will ask if there is anyone who wishes to address the Board about the Holiday Waivers (limited to 3 minutes). If you wish to address the Board, complete an information card (found by the sign-in sheet) and turn your card in to Ms. Sonia Hernandez, Executive Assistant to the Superintendent/Board Secretary.
