Request approval for the gifted teachers at South Forrest Attendance Center, Dixie Attendance Center, Rawls Springs Attendance Center, Earl Travillion Attendance Center and North Forrest Elementary School to accompany the gifted students to the annual Louisiana Renaissance Faire on November 15, 2018 in Hammond, Louisiana with no cost to the district;

Request approval for Ms. Amy Barnett, Principal at Pierce Street Elementary in Tupelo, MS, to conduct a a research study to compare growth gains of students who are taught by Nationally Board Certified Teachers versus those who are not, and those who have advanced degrees versus those with undergraduate degrees to determine if students are benefiting academically as a result;

Request to authorize the Cogon Grass Treatment for each of the ten sections the Forrest County School District manages at $50.00 an hour up to four hours for each section performed by the Mississippi Forestry Commission to be paid from existing Forestry Escrow Escrow funds;
