The District responded to the requestor on September 16, 2025 with the inclusive documents. 
11.D.2.  A Freedom of Information Act Request (FOIA) was submitted on September 8, 2025, by Owen Wang requesting information copies of the contracts for all school principals in the district who will start the upcoming school year and copies of all active teacher contracts/collective bargaining agreements.

Freedom of Information Act Request (FOIA) was submitted on September 12, 2025 by Marin Garcia requesting contractual rates for each vendor the district has contracted with for Speech Language Pathologists, Social Workers, Psychologists, Behavior Analysts, Paraprofessionals/Aides, and Registered Behavior Technicians.
