9.A. Renew Property and Casualty  and Workers Compensation Insurance because Mesirow did not give 30 day notice.  The Board must renew the Workers Compensation insurance with current carrier ICRMT effective December 1, 2012. Mesirow recommends changing Property and Casualty coverages to Zurich, Hartford and Indian Harbor.

9.B. Discuss Insurance proposals from Mesirow and CLIC.  With the 30 day notice given to ICRMT, the Board could choose to change effective January 1, 2013 or any time thereafter.
