At this time, the President of the Board of Education will recognize visitors and ask if any citizen of the community is interested in speaking to members of the Board of Education. Time allowed will generally be limited to three minutes for each individual, unless waived by the President. All individuals who wish to address the Board of Education must sign up in advance. The President may limit the opportunity to address the Board in cases where a person has previously addressed the Board on the same or related subject. Issues brought to the Board prior to being channeled through the proper chain of command will be referred back to the appropriate level.

Jennifer Jacobs has submitted a letter of resignation, for the purpose of retirement effective at the end of the 2022-2023 school year.  Ms. Jacobs will retire with 22 years of district service in her role as a school nurse at Glenview.

Amy Johnson has been employed as a kindergarten teacher at Hillcrest Elementary, effective February 6, 2023.

Hope Roberts has been employed as a district speech pathologist, effective August 7, 2023.

Jennifer Hoffman has been employed as a district social worker, effective August 7, 2023.

Brittany Myers has been employed as an instructional aide at Bowlesburg Elementary, effective January 30, 2023.

Virginia Torres has been employed as an instructional aide at the Early Learning Center, effective January 30, 2023.

Alissa Abram-Lamar has been employed as an instructional aide at Bowlesburg Elementary, effective January 30, 2023.

Jessica Martinez has been employed as an instructional aide at Glenview Middle School, effective February 27, 2023.

Thomas Ryan has been employed as a four-hour bus monitor effective February 27, 2023.

Glenview teacher Lydia Aceviz has been employed as a track coach, effective March 1, 2023.

Dina Wright has been employed as a four-hour bus monitor effective February 27, 2023.

Glenview teacher Demetrius Singleton has been employed as a track coach, effective March 1, 2023.

Alexus Peters has been employed as a security monitor at Glenview Middle School, effective January 23, 2023.  Ms. Peters worked as a 6.5-hour general kitchen helper prior to this assignment.

Rocio Coronado has been employed as a custodian effective February 27, 2023.  Ms. Coronado was employed as a 6.5-hour general kitchen helper at Glenview prior to this assignment.

Robin Lampe has resigned her position as a four-hour bus monitor, effective February 21, 2023.
Dominic Martin has resigned his position as a security monitor, effective February 21, 2023.
Herlinda Calderon has resigned as a crossing guard at Hillcrest, effective October 24, 2022.

Alyssa Kave has resigned as a physical education teacher at Wells Elementary effective at the end of the 2022-2023 school year.

Colin Cushman has resigned as a seventh-grade Social Studies teacher at Glenview Middle School, effective at the end of the 2022-2023 school year.

Lynn Johnson has moved from a four-hour bus driver to a six-hour bus driver, effective February 6, 2023.
Linda Poppe has moved from a 5-hour assistant kitchen manager to a 6.5-hour general kitchen helper, effective February 20, 2023.

Vickie Rodriguez has requested unpaid leave from January 14, 2023 through March 1, 2023, in accordance with the 2022-2028 AFSCME Transportation Department collective bargaining agreement.
