1. Illinois Freedom of Information Act Requests:  1. One FOIA request was received from Oshea Smith of Sunlight-record.com requesting copies of the most recent contracts, agreements, amendments and renewals by the District from January 1, 2021 through January 29, 2026 in connection with testing, assessment and textbook resource adoption and purchases from a list of specific vendors. Mr. Swick replied to the request with copies of purchase orders and agreements from those vendors, as well as copies or renewals and contracts through January 29, 2026.
