3.D. Approval of Accountemps (Robert Half)
Description:

Due to changes and a shortage in staffing in the Business Office in order to keep this district in fiscal compliance and meeting it’s external and internal reporting requirements and responsibilities additional support is needed as soon as possible.

Audit deliverables are due to auditors by the first week in August, 2021. In order to meet external deadlines required of school districts please approve our Business Office to contract with Accountemps for one experienced accountant at the market rate of $51.33 per hour to support the Business Office with it’s many accounting needs.  There is a shortage in this field.  It has been very difficult to recruit for this area.  Punitive external deadlines are still due and the district must stay in compliance.

Accountemps, a Robert Half Company, is the world's first and largest specialized financial temporary staffing firm for accounting and financial professionals. They provide professionals on a temporary, temporary-to-hire and salaried basis. They are a division of Robert Half International Inc., the world’s leader in specialized consulting and staffing services since 1948.
