Description:
Scott Preston is requesting Board approval for the 8th grade class to travel to Washington DC, leaving on Thursday, April 8, 2027 and returning on Sunday, April 11, 2027. The students will be visiting most of the major attractions in Washington DC including monuments, museums, and Ford’s Theater. Guided tour and inside tour. We will also have a stop at Gettysburg and tour the battlefield.

Description:
Coach Worden is requesting the cross country team to go to Timber Ridge RV and Recreation Resort in Traverse City, Michigan. The trip will serve as a team bonding/athletic training - it will be four (4) days of training mixed with learning.

Description:
On November 21, 2025, the Saginaw ISD posted a "Request For Proposals" for the purchase and replacement of network switches and UPSes for Birch Run Area Schools. Bids were received and tabulated after December 19, 2025. We are recommending that the proposal for network switches and UPSes be awarded to MOSS of Grand Rapids, MI at a cost of $70,615.13. MOSS has met all of the technical requirements for the associated bid section.
