Recommendation: The Board approve the purchase of the following property. LEGAL DESCRIPTION That part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 114, Section 35, Town 4 North, Range 19 East, in the Village of Waterford, Racine County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows; Commencing at the Southeast Corner of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 35; thence North 01°44'07" East along the East line of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section, 262.45 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 67°55'18" West, 228.65 feet; thence North 22°29'00" East, 66.26 feet; thence continuing North 22°29'00" East, 159.18 feet; thence South 41°57'46" East, 193.75 feet to the point of beginning.This parcel contains 0.82 acres, more or less. No access shall accrue between the above described parcel and State Trunk Highway 20.
