Approve the School District's expenditure of funds to defray necessary and proper expenses and liabilities of the School District incurred for educational or operational or maintenance or transportation or site or construction purposes for the District for Fiscal Year 2023, until which time the Annual Budget is adopted in conformity with applicable sections of the Illinois School Code.
IX.B. Approve authorization of Superintendent Jamie Bryan and District Bookkeeper Erin Van Unnik to begin developing the tentative budget for Fiscal Year 2023.
IX.C. Discussion and possible action on increase of IHSA ticket prices, due to conference by-laws.
IX.D. Discussion and possible action on use of excess Henry County sales tax funds.
IX.E. Discussion and possible action on establishing a committee with the Annawan Town Board.

IX.G. Approval of Hirings/Resignations/Retirements.
IX.H. Closed session for the purpose of discussing: the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees or the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee to determine validity, student disciplinary cases, pending litigation, and the placement of individual students in special education programs and other matters relating to individual students.
