Description:
In talking to the Assessment Offices, the number that I received before the last Board meeting are still the most reliable EAV projections. Thus, nothing has changed since then. I have attached both the explanation document and levy form

Description:
I spent a few hours working with Brent Appel from ISBE on these projections. Again, these are nonbinding, and quite frankly, the State will possibly change the school funding formula this year, thus, I have no stock in these until school funding formula and other school funding considerations are approved in the Spring. When that happens, I will get with Brent Appel and edit these accordingly. This is just projections with our current funding mechanisms at the State level.

Description:
The only reason I did this is to show you that I am still accurately projecting 6 more years for our school district by issuing working cash bonds in January of 2018. These will carry us through 2023. This is absolutely the most unstable chart I have shown, as many variables will affect this as time goes on.

This was originally to be for bus drivers. I feel that we do or will have an adequate number of bus drivers by the end of January, 2017 so this is a nonissue.
However, if the committee wants to talk about this, it is on the agenda. |
