Description:
The Board was already presented with the first half of year financial information at the January 2016 Board meeting. I just corrected the Fiscal Year 16 to Fiscal Year 15 percentage totals on the attachment to reflect this as stated at the January 2016 Board Meeting.
There are no new definite financial impacts for Fiscal Year 2017 that haven't been at least minimally discussed before. I will not be recommending any staff reductions (dismissals or not replacing staff that retire or leave are not included in this scenario) or any budget cuts for Fiscal Year 2017 based on definitive information that we have right now. I will be striving to keep staff morale upward and the quality of education high. No items from Superintendent Reports from January Board meeting will be addressed until they are talked with at that Committee level (Building Committee) or full Board level first. |
