Description:
Opening Statement
This meeting is held pursuant to ORS 294.655 (Hearing on special tax levies and bond issues proposed for elector approval). This statute requires the commission to conduct public hearings on all special tax levies and bond issues proposed for elector approval by the levying boards. The purpose of the hearing is to learn about and discuss the proposed ballot measures. The commission will not take any action at these hearings. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, these hearings will be held virtually. |
