At the employee’s request, the Board will hold an open hearing regarding the administration's recommendation for non-renewal of a probationary teacher’s contract. The employee will have an opportunity to present information to the Board in open session, after which the Board will deliberate and take action on whether to uphold the administration's recommendation.
