2. The Board will adjourn into Executive Session per ORS 192.660(2)(d) to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations. 15 minutes

3. The Board will continue in Executive Session per ORS 192.660(2)(a) to consider the employment of a public officer, employee, staff member, or individual agent. 15 minutes

4. The Board will continue in Executive Session per ORS 192.660(2)(e) to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions. 30 minutes

5. The Board will emerge from the Executive Session in order to consider any other items that may come before it.
