Description:

 CHS prom at Edgewood Gardens, tentatively scheduled for May 1. MDHHS is expected to announce new requirements on/after April 19, when the current gathering order expires.

Full Board action will be needed.

Potential motion: Move to allow prom to be held off site at Edgewood Gardens on May 1, 2021, provided all legal gathering requirements are met and Shiawassee County Health Department has been kept apprised and not forbidden the event.

    1. 3 p.m. Saturday, May 15 at the Nick Annese Stadium

    2. 3 p.m. Sunday, May 16 at the Nick Annese Stadium (rain date)

    3. 3 p.m. Sunday, May 16 at the CHS gym (limited capacity in case of inclement weather on "a" and "b" above.

Full Board action will be needed. Potential motion: Move to approve the dates as presented provided all legal gathering requirements are met and Shiawassee County Health Department has been kept apprised and not forbidden the event.
