Description:
The attached list of requisitions are items that buildings or departments would like to purchase for their upcoming needs. The requisitions have gone through all the appropriate approval processes and have been approved by administration for purchase. In addition, there are funds available to make these purchases. Once the requisitions are approved they will be processed and purchase orders will be sent out.

Description:
The Crestwood School District currently works with EduStaff to provide substitute teachers to the district. Administration would like to expand the scope of services to include substitute paraprofessionals and substitute secretaries as needed. This will allow the district to have a broader sub pool for filling daily absences.

Ms. Takach, has been subbing as the Kitchen Assistant at Kinloch Elementary, she has been a great team player, reliable, always achieving her duties to the best of her ability with a positive attitude. Mrs. Takach is excited to be joining our Kinloch team as a Kitchen Assistant.

Ms. Kashou holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Children and Families from the University of Michigan - Dearborn. She has five years of experience as a lead teacher in a Head Start program, and has worked with children with varying levels of needs. Ms. Kashou has also worked to assist families in service coordination and recruitment and enrollment of families in Head Start programs.

Ms. Blumenthal earned her Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Music Education from the Eastern Michigan University. She has six years of teaching experience where she uses music to boost concentration levels, memorization skills, and improved math scores. She also conducted the choir during the 2015 ribbon cutting ceremony at Detroit Metro-Airport. Ms. Blumental is passionate about connecting literacy and art and enjoys supporting students in making cross-curricular connections.

Ms. Berry earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Detroit - Mercy and her Master of Science in Nursing from Wayne State University. She has experience specializing in maternal and infant health as well as pediatrics. In addition, she has experience as a clinical instructor where she mentored students in creating care plans, assigning course objectives and goal monitoring Ms. Berry is a Crestwood graduate and is excited to be a part of the Crestwood School District again.
