V.A. Working in collaboration with PoL appointed attorney Dan Rey-Bear on the wind down of LEF. Mr. Rey-Bear talked to LEF to conduct meeting with Robert C. Valdez and Ola May Hoover account representatives.

V.C. NMCF has offered to assist with information regarding the two accounts. Planned visit to Santa Fe office set for December.

V.D. Delay in process to wind down LEF. Projected date was end of year. LEF notified by Dan Rey-Bear that PoL Tribal Council will address it next year.
