3.c. Approve modifying existing Net 56 service agreement to reflect ongoing Managed Internet Broadband Connections and Basic Maintenance for a term not to exceed 36 months from board approval with voluntary extensions up to 60 months.

4.a. Convene in closed session to discuss self-evaluation, practices and procedures, or professional ethics, when meeting with a representative of a statewide association of which the public body is a member. 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(16).
