Description:
Recommended Action: Motion; Move to certify the April 4, 2023 election results provided by the Lake County Clerk.

Description:
Acting Board President will administer the Oath of Office.

4. Election of Officers*
Description:
The Board will conduct their election of officers.  The acting president will ask for nominations from the floor for the position of President.  Those nominated will be asked to affirm they accept the nomination.  A roll call voice vote will be taken to determine the winner of the election.

The new elected President will then ask for nominations for the Vice President and the Secretary of the Board of Education.  The same process will be followed for each position. (Vice President and Secretary)

Description:
  Recommended Action: Motion; Move to establish that the regular meetings of the Board of Education will be held on the third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at Rondout School.

Description:
Recommended Action:  Motion; Move to affirm the existing policies and previous acts of the Board of Education.
(This is another motion that affirms a standard practice when a new Board of Education is seated.  This allows the district operations to continue without interruption.
